Child Sponsorship for Children with Special Educational Needs

Sansaar Care provided targeted charitable sponsorship to Rising Sun Education & Welfare Society, a non-governmental organisation in Pakistan supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities.

In June 2025, Sansaar Care pledged and commenced sponsorship of five children enrolled at the Rising Sun Institute, covering access to education, therapeutic support, and structured training programmes designed to enhance the children’s learning, independence, and long-term wellbeing.

This support reflects Sansaar Care’s commitment to protecting and empowering children with additional needs, who face heightened barriers to education and social inclusion.

Identified Need and Context

Children with disabilities in low-resource settings often experience:

Rising Sun Education & Welfare Society addresses this need through early intervention, structured education, therapy, and vocational preparation for children and young people with special needs.

The direct beneficiaries of this charitable activity are five children with diagnosed cerebral palsy, aged approximately 10–15 years, enrolled at the Rising Sun Institute.

Sansaar Care’s governance role includes:
